Track Club and Core Running

What do we do?
E3 Core Running is a run training group that meets weekly.  We focus on training the cardiovascular system properly by running at the proper speed for each person and incorporating efficient mechanics by training core stability and functional strength.

Who does it?
Our athletes range from High School XC & track runners to Masters marathoners and triathletes.

When is it?
Wednesday mornings: 5:30am to 6:30am (Form/Interval Focus)


Summer Training:
From April 24th, 2019 to November 5th, we practice on the track at Greensboro Day School (5401 Lawndale Dr). Runners train based off of a goal pace established at the beginning of the season.

Winter Training:
From November 12th, 2018 to April 5th, 2019, we practice indoors by doing treadmill intervals alternated with core work at ClubFitness.

8 Week Training Program includes Wednesday Track Training with Coach Matt & Coach Brian, as well as structured training plan for athletes to build a great foundation for Cross Country.
